Hi guys, I’m Elyncia—you can call me Ari—and today we’re back with more Boruto!

Last time we saw Sarada, Boruto, and Mitsuki finally form their team. After all that hassle to switch things up and rename it, they’re officially Team 7 now. It’s really fun seeing Team 7 get remade in the closest way possible—super exciting for what’s coming next.

I know fillers are up soon, but I wanna watch them. I regretted skipping so many in Shippuden, so this time I’m giving them a chance. If it’s boring and not for me, I’ll skip—no big deal. But this episode wasn’t filler, the next one is, so we’ll see.

Today I actually posted the official last episode of Shippuden on Patreon (not YouTube), and it made me sad. I’m like, damn… I wanna make this journey last as long as I can.

I’m really liking this arc. It’s fun seeing Team 7 get a real mission—and compared to what Shikadai, Inojin, and Chocho got (shopping and groceries), this one’s hefty. Team 7’s lineup is stronger too. Mitsuki hasn’t shown his full potential yet—we saw hints with Orochimaru last episode, and I loved that one. It gave so much more understanding to his obsession with Boruto.

Up until now, we just didn’t get why he was so fixated, but now it clicks. Orochimaru’s method was kinda sleazy—I don’t know if that was the goal—but we know Mitsuki’s artificial. I suspected it anyway; Orochimaru becoming a dad naturally? Nah. There were five before him; he’s the sixth. Seeing the older version when they opened the mask? Wild. ‘What? That’s you?!’

The first mission was a bit cliché, but I expected it to get complicated—like Naruto’s old days where simple tasks blew up huge. Konohamaru’s stepping into Kakashi’s shoes perfectly—strict and super nice. Looking forward to how they gel as a team. Boruto definitely needs to get his act together and focus on teamwork, but he’s skillful as hell. Curious to see their progress.

I feel bad for Shikadai though—stuck doing groceries while Team 7’s out restoring peace between villages, dealing with dead bodies and serious drama.
