We got Ishtar (Filia?)—an Einzbern homunculus who somehow yoinked her own soul, kicked out the doll programming, and now she’s neither Servant nor Master. Bit of both? I’m all for this wild participant type. She’s basically mentoring the little girl (Hallehalleus? Forgot the name lol) with her big robot Servant (super cute poses—proud robot energy is peak).

Flat’s the driver this ep—waiver as his grounding mentor/big bro/father figure keeps him from going off the rails. Something dark inside Flat that even Jack the Ripper fears? As long as Wafer’s around, Flat’s fine… but if Wafer dies? Bad vibes.

Sigma’s development hits hard—talking alone to imaginary friends, tragic/pathetic to the point Assassin feels bad and apologizes. Goal might be for him to laugh before the end (comedy fan ending?). Gilgamesh should scoop Sigma and Tina—teach them their own desires.

Mafia guy’s domain expansion/reality marble? Looks insane—cool as hell. Mr. Black, Loli, and Jester alliance brewing? Hospital’s the hotspot—Black protecting her at all costs. Faldius trying to kill someone (the little girl?).

Title “Backstage of a Third-rate Comedy” = Wafer downplaying himself. Alkydas/Cerberus gatekeeper of hell lore with demonic dogs—epic. Flat-centric ep, Sigma tragic, everything honing toward hospital chaos.
